Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

Spot The Signs of Suicide – an interactive session about suicide awareness and the prevention campaign led by Mind in Mid Herts specialists. It aims to remove the stigma of talking openly about suicide and provide training and signposting to mental health services across Hertfordshire.
