Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

John Molyneux, Functional Ageing Specialist, will attend to offer a mixture of group exercise work and 1:1 advice. He will assess the split in discussion with those present on the day. This may include massage using olive oil. If you wish to take advantage of the massage then please where loose clothing i.e. t-shirt/short sleeves. The number of 1:1 consultations will depend on time and numbers attending who want this support.
