Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

This month Nicki Bird, from Carers in Hertfordshire’s Volunteer Team, will be coming along to the group to involve you in various discussions including how we may be able to support carers to improve overall wellbeing, support good mental health and to talk about ‘spotting the signs of suicide’ a session which may be provided by Mid in Mid Herts.

We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
