Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

This month we will have an interactive session about suicide awareness and the prevention campaign led by Mind in Mid Herts specialists. It aims to remove the stigma of talking openly about suicide and mental health, and provides training and signposting to mental health services across Hertfordshire.
