Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

We will be joined by Rob Kember who will be presenting a dementia information session designed by The Alzheimer’s society. The session will cover how dementia affects people and how we can all help by taking simple actions to make life easier for those living with dementia.
