Qi Gong

Thursday 8th February 2024, 7pm to 7.45pm Michele Bamberg leads this low impact exercise session, which combines seated and standing movements. Similar to tai chi, qi gong is a more flowing, free-form practice. For this session, you will need items to use as hand weights, such as bottles of water, tins of food, etc.
