Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
We have invited Isobel Hatfield from the local Communities 1st to come along to the group to share what support they can offer carers and to let us know about other local initiatives..
We will also be joined by one of our Carer Support Advisors who will be able to provide information about the service they provide and also give one to one support for any concerns you may have around your caring role. Please do have a think about what you may like to ask.
