Mindfulness: Waking up from Autopilot

  • Wednesdays 12th, 19th and 26th October from 10.30am - 12.30pm

    Do you ever feel like you’re moving through the day on autopilot? This course will explore how mindfulness can help us become more aware of the present moment and cope with whatever arises. We will practise techniques that can be used to help identify and interrupt negative thought patterns; focus on pleasant experiences as they are occurring; and choose how we respond to difficulty.
