Over this 3-week course, explore different techniques for parenting mindfully and share ideas with others. We will combine mindfulness practices with child development concepts such as attachment theory and PACE parenting to discover ways of being more present with our children. This course is open to anyone who has a position of parental responsibility, including grandparents, guardians, carers and more.
