Men’s course – Understanding Low Mood & Depression by MIND

4 week week course on Thursdays from 12th January to 2nd February, 7pm - 9.30pm. This online course will help support learners in discovering strategies to overcome low mood and depression. This will be done by exploring the causes of low moods and depressive states, looking at ways to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, and learning techniques to improve handling the symptoms of low mood and depression. Please note: this course is for male carers only.
