  Please note: this meeting is for carers of someone with Dementia or Young Onset Dementia. 

  The following organisations will be attending to share information about their service:

  • Sabrina and Charlie – Carer Practitioners Herts County Council
  • Money Advice Unit
  • Alzheimer’s Society
  • Kate, an Occupational Therapist from Hertfordshire Partnership University Foundation NHS Trust (HPFT)
