HPFT Great Together 5 Year Strategy Consultation (Hatfield)

  Please note: this meeting is for Mental Health carers, and carers of someone with a Learning Disability and/or an Autistic person.

  Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) Great Together 5 Year Strategy

  On the Monday 10th July 2023, HPFT launched their new Trust strategy, Great Together.

  Carers’ valuable feedback and support were instrumental in the development of their strategy. We would therefore like to extend a warm invitation to you to join us as we explore their 5 Year plan and delve into how these plans will impact both Carers and Service Users.

  Simon Pattison, Deputy Director of Strategy and Development, and Daniel Oyayoyi, Strategy Development Manager, from HPFT will be telling us about the 5 Year Plan.

  To get as many carers involved as possible, we will also be holding a focus group online on Tuesday 12th 2023 – please only attend one of these meetings.
