Friday 24th November 2023, 10.30am - 12.30pm Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa. Please join us for an information sharing session . We will also follow up from requests at last month’s meeting regarding information on how to create an ‘In Case of Emergency Plans’ in the unlikely event that you are suddenly unable to care for the person you look after and looking.
