Hertswise Challenges in Dementia Training
Thursday 14th September 2023, 10.30am to 12.30pm The session will be provided by a Community Psychiatric Nurse and Occupational Therapist working for Hertfordshire Partnership NHS University foundation Trust. This session will cover some of the common behavioural challenges that can come up when someone is living at home with dementia. The training will cover what can be happening for your loved one, how to help maintain independence, and also and how to/ who to go to for help. The session will involve sharing information, tips and equipment that could be useful, and then open discussion.
