Tuesday 9th May 2023, 12.30pm to 2.30pm Please note: this event is for carers of an adult with a Mental Health Condition, carers of an Autistic person, and carers of a Learning Disabled adult. Based on the feedback they have received, the HPFT have identified some key areas carers want to focus on for the next 5 years. We need to return to all stakeholders to ensure these are aligned with what they told us. A light lunch and refreshments are provided at the start of the meeting.
