Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

Jo Mackenzie from the Equitable Access Service at Hertfordshire County Council will be joining you to discuss the following topic:

“The aim of the Equitable Access to Services project is to understand whether selected Adult Care Services are planned and delivered fairly and can be accessed by everyone who may need to use them. This includes services for unpaid carers. We would like to hear about unpaid carers’ experiences of accessing services for carers and if they have come across any barriers to access. We would also like to hear about any suggestions to overcome these barriers. We will use this interview/focus group information to help improve service delivery in the future.”
