4-week course on Tuesdays from 6th February 2024 to 5th March 2024, 4.30pm to 6.30pm. If you want to learn new skills and build your confidence with computers, this is the course for you! We will cover the basics of using Microsoft Word and Excel. Explore Microsoft Word to create documents and apply different text styles and sizes as well as inserting images, saving and printing your work. Learn the fundamentals of Excel, including the layout, entering data and sorting.

Please note you will be expected to complete some course paper to reflect and record your progress. Due to the funding, this course is for residents of Hertfordshire only.

This course is delivered by Oaklands College. Once you’ve booked a place on the course, you’ll receive a link to a page on the college website. You’ll need to complete a short enrolment form so Oaklands can send you details about the course, including a short questionnaire about your experience of computers and the room details.
