Caring with Confidence Course
4 week course on Wednesdays from 21st June to 12th July, 10.30am - 1.30pm. Would you like some practical and emotional support with your caring role? Over this four-week course you’ll have the opportunity to build on your strengths and learn from others as you become a more confident carer. The sessions are organised into the following themes: caring and life, caring and communicating, caring and coping, and ultimately caring with confidence.
