Carers often tell us how difficult it can be to find the information they need so we have decided to hold a Carers Information session for carers who live in the west of the county.
The session will be held as ‘Drop In’ so carers can come and go throughout the day and talk to a range of different organisations to get the information that they need. Attending organisations will include…
