Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

We will be joined with Paula Hine ‘Wellbeing Co-Ordinator ‘ from Layston Grove Care Home who will be showing us some activities which may help us and/or the people we care for.

We will also be welcoming Diana Davis from our Carers In Herts Engagement team who specialises in supporting carers of older people( 65+) and those caring for adults with Dementia and or Parkinson so please do think about any questions or issues you would like raise.
