Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.

Vicky Kelly from ‘Hertswise’ will be coming to the group to talk about what support they offer carers and the people they care for.

We will also be joined by one of our Carer Support Advisors who will be able to offer 1-1 support and advice concerning questions you may have around your caring role.
