Registered Nutritional Therapist and Breathwork Coach Victoria Bell will be sharing information about how breath can influence your health and mental resilience and will be leading the group through several gentle breathing techniques to promote relaxation. Victoria will share how some of the techniques can be used in daily life to help cope with stress and support health.
