Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa.
This month we will be joined by a speaker to discuss the topic of strokes from the Stroke charity.
We will have a Carer Support Advisor visiting the group who will be able to offer 1-1 support for any questions you may have concerning your caring role. Please do have a think about any questions you may like to ask.
