Barre Ballet

Wednesday 23rd November, 11am - 12pm noon. The Barre Ballet sessions are for all abilities and great for building and maintaining core strength. It's an all over workout! You will need something to lean on - e.g a chair or worktop. You may also want to have a bottle of water nearby.
