The Hertfordshire movement is part of the national Live Longer Better Revolution. Charlotte Bird, the Active Ageing Officer for the Herts Sports & Physical Activity Partnership, is leading the Hertfordshire movement. Charlotte will share the causes of problems that occur as people live longer and ways to reduce the risk of falls, frailty, and dementia, including opportunities that are available in Hertfordshire.
