Young Carers

Young Carers are children and young people
who care for someone in their own home who is ill,
has a physical or learning disability
or mental health,  drug or alcohol problems.

The Carers in Hertfordshire, Young Carers Project can offer Young Carers and their families:

	Free breaks and activities for young carers
	A voice on young carers' issues
	Support Groups for young carers
	Information and Support within schools for young carers
