Description
The aim of this course is for all carers to understand the important role appearance, voice and body language plays in assertive behaviour and for all carers to identify ways in which they can reduce stress in their lives.
Places are limited, so please register your interest in attending as soon as possible.
Carers in Hertfordshire events are free and only available to unpaid carers who live in Hertfordshire or care for someone who lives in Hertfordshire.
Carers in Hertfordshire are happy to discuss travel arrangements with those carers who are not able to make their own way to the venue. If required, we can also assist with alternative care arrangements.
