Caring with Confidence

The Caring with Confidence scheme, which is being run by Carers in Hertfordshire, is made up of a series of seven sessions covering all aspects of the caring role. These range from maximising your income as a carer, right through to taking time to look after your own health and wellbeing.

The sessions are FREE for carers; they usually take place between 10am and 1pm to include brunch and light refreshments. There is help available to get carers to the venues and for arranging alternative care, should it be required.

More than 150 carers have already attended the sessions at venues across the county and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, as eloquently demonstrated by the comments below.
