We wish to recruit to the following positions to complete the redesign of our Senior Management Team

Carers Involvement Manager: 3 year contract - Ref: CIM
Salary: £31,232 pa for 37 hours per week

Based in Hertford or Hitchin

This is a new post with lead responsibility across the organisation for carers’ involvement.  The post holder will ensure carers give a strong voice to their experiences and needs and develop carer involvement in planning, commissioning and service improvements. S/he will lead a team of 8 and directly manage 4 staff reflecting a range of caring circumstances.

Salary: £31,232 pa pro rata for 30 hours per week

Based in Hemel Hempstead

To manage a team providing information, support and organising training and events for carers.
