CHATTER:
An online community for parents and carers of children with additional needs

Chatter is an online forum being offered under the CHIPS service to all of Hertfordshire.

It offers instant communication between parent carers of additional needs children under structured board headings.

The website is completely free to use.

The forum hopes to provide a very accessible way for parents to communicate – especially those that have their children collected for school and thus miss out entirely on the ‘school gate chats’.

The main aims of the forum is to provide an environment for discussion on services, benefits, grants, general strategies and ideas as well as friendly chat.
